This workshop will take you through the techniques of learning the Pointed Pen Uncial styles and then show more approaches of unique, contemporary applications. Let’s push the envelope a bit more to include thinking outside the box by extending and tweaking to give a more lively look. Useful projects will be given to practice your skills and have some outstanding show pieces.

Uncial has been in the calligrapher’s repertoire for centuries. In our modern times, pointed pen Uncial has been introduced. This is exciting, because now we are open to new ideas to explore. We will be keeping the thought of traditional Uncial, but using it in some wonderful possibilities. Hope you will join in and see what this is all about
