Shipping
All orders are typically sent out same or next business day, but we may hold your order longer if an item is out of stock. You will be notified if this is the case.
All orders, domestic and international, include a tracking number. We will email your tracking number and a copy of your final invoice when we ship your order. The shipping confirmation email comes from sales@markersupply.com with the name Durable Marker Supply PIA JNB.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING & US DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders shipping within the contiguous United States are now eligible for flat rate shipping! Orders of $25 or more, before tax, qualify for $5.99 shipping. If you have ordered large paper the flat rate is $20.99. You will be able to select this option during check out. Flat Rate shipping is shipped best way, with an estimated 7 business day delivery time. Flat Rate shipping is not available for international orders.
Shipping Charges
US Shipping charges are now based on actual pricing. There is a shipping selector for you to choose from during check out. Please include your email and phone number for the shipping email and phone number. Expedited options are also available during check out. Please note when selecting "Next Day Air" or "2nd Day Air" shipping: Saturday is not counted as a delivery day. (i.e. an order placed on Friday with Next Day Air shipping will not be delivered until Monday.) If you need to arrange a Saturday delivery, please contact us, and also note that there will be an additional charge.
Delivery Time depends on your location and how your order is shipped. If you need your order by a certain date, let us know. We can then contact you if there will be any problem with delivery.
Paper Shipping
Paper shipping is now calculated during checkout. If your paper order is over $25, you can choose Flat Rate for $20.99 or another available option. Flat Rate will ship best way.

VAT Changes
Due to changes in shipping to the EU, we are unable to send shipments that would require a VAT import fee. This unfortunately means orders that do not meet the minimum of $150 US dollars cannot be processed at this time (orders over this amount are charged tax by your country when they go through customs). As a small business we do not have the ability to implement all the reporting, collecting and regulations required.
Countries affected by the VAT change: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Shipping Charges
Please select an international shipping method at checkout. We offer USPS First Class International, USPS Priority International and UPS Worldwide options. Our international shipping charges are based on the weight of the package and the cost of shipping to the destination country.
Phone numbers are required for international deliveries.
Paper Shipping
Large paper shipping is calculated at checkout based on real time shipping rates.
Insurance
Insurance is currently only available for orders shipping with UPS Worldwide services. Orders of $150 of less will be charged additional if requested. Orders of $150.01 or more include insurance. We are unable to offer insurance on shipments sent through USPS International First class or USPS International Priority Post.
Duty/Import Tax
John Neal Books is not responsible for payments due for duty or tax. We are not able to calculate or estimate what may be due, this is calculated by the imported country.
Delivery Time
Airmail generally takes 2-3 weeks, depending on destination. Delivery is fastest to Canada and the UK.

Expedited shipping methods are available for an additional cost. Even though we are a small company, it is fairly easy for us to meet your expectations/requirements if you let us know.

RETURNS & DAMAGES
If an item doesn't suit you, package it carefully to avoid shipping damage. We'll be glad to give you a full credit or refund for the price of the unopened/unused item. Please note: We are unable to accept returns for items purchased on SALE or CLEARANCE. Simply include a note with your order number and return regularly priced, unopened/unused merchandise within 30 days by US Mail or UPS to:

Please include a copy of your invoice, or a note indicating your name and invoice number for a quicker return. We do not issue a credit/refund for return shipping unless it was our error.
Damaged Shipment or Item(s)
Please notify us immediately so we can send a replacement. It is always helpful if you can include photos of the damaged item/packaging when you contact us. We will let you know if you need to keep the packaging. We require any issues be reported within 30 days of the shipment of an order.
