Description

S1672. Ranger Embossing Powder Neon Color 4-Pack.

A bright neon color set of 4 Ranger Embossing Powders that can help your papercrafts really POP!

Embossing powders are finely ground plastics that melt when heated with a heat tool to create smooth and shiny effects. Use with embossing markers/ink pads to add raised and glazed lettering and designs to your artwork, cards, and more.

This set contains Neon Blue, Neon Green, Neon Pink, and Neon Yellow.

1oz plastic jars. Actual weight of the powders inside will be between .63oz and .74oz depending on the color.

Made in the USA.

How to Use Embossing Powders
Simple steps for basic embossing:

-Make your marks with an embossing marker or stamps and embossing ink pad then generously sprinkle embossing powder over them (as quickly as possible, to prevent the ink from becoming too dry).

-Tilt your paper and let the excess powder slide off into a container to be used again later.

-The slightly sticky ink will hold the powder on just your marks. Repeat this "powdering" process if there are parts of the mark that aren't fully covered.

-Using a small, dry paintbrush can help remove stray powder if any sticks to the paper around your marks.

-Then use a heat tool to melt the embossing powder- leaving you with beautiful embossed effects!

*Notes: Be careful not to heat the powder too long, or it may burn and become discolored. Also, hair dryers are not a recommended substitute for heat tools as they tend to blow too much air too fast and won't get hot enough to melt the powder.
