I24-2. Yasutomo Sumi 2oz. KY Series.

This Japanese sumi is a dense black, quick-drying, matte finish. Does not corrode nibs. Became the new favorite of one of our copperplate customers when Ziller inks were being developed and unavailable after an envelope job easily survived major rain. Tests prove this ink waterproof and unaffected by alcohol. All but the 2 oz. bottles have dispenser caps.

    Good, non-waterproof Sumi

    This ink is free-flowing & a very rich, dark matte black. It is not waterproof, though. This isn't declared in the product info section, so if you're looking for waterproof ink, this isn't the one to go with. If not being waterproof isn't a big deal for you, I highly recommend this ink. Has a nice smell, too.
