The newest penholder from Tom's Studio! The "Bloom" Straight Holder is Tom Gyr's "most versatile, balanced and beautiful calligraphy pen to date."

With it's organic compound curves, the body of the pen is as beautiful as it is functional. It's the perfect cross between Tom's Carrot and original Flourish holders, with just the right amount of grip whilst feeling secure and balanced in the hand.

The solid brass tail moves the center of gravity to the center of the pen, allowing calligraphers to have full control and a lightness of touch on upstrokes. Plus, the colored section of the body unscrews from the tail, revealing a secret compartment that can fit up to 3 nibs.

Approximate measurements: 6.3" OR 16 cm long | 1.12cm OR 0.44 at widest point. Weighs 35g. Comes in a beautifully crafted gift box. Made from easily separable, infinitely recyclable materials (brass and aluminum) so you can rest assured your calligraphy is sustainable. Each pen is handmade, thus entirely unique.
