Here it is, what we waited years for - 300 full-color images of Sheila's life's work, designed by Julian Waters, presenting Sheila's Retrospective Show of 2009. A great companion to her instructional book, Foundations of Calligraphy. Julian designed the typeface, which was used for the first time in this publication. Each copy has been signed by Sheila.

Formerly published as an issue of Scripsit, the Washington Calligraphers Guild journal.

    Shiela Waters Retrospective

    I bought it for the artwork and throughly enjoyed the biographical information. I have gone down a rabbit hole, fascinated by the mud angels who saved the ancient volumes when the Arno flooded. I’m no so glad that I stumbled across this. My 1980s college calligraphy instructor spoke highly of Shiela Waters, or I would have passed this gem over.
