Description

I'll be teaching how to work with calligraphic paintings on canvas as a part of this year's Focus on the Sacred retreat. This retreat will focus on the theory behind a large calligraphic painting, along with the processes to working with acrylic paints and inks on canvas.We'll look at creating textures, adding image, and working with lettering in the context of your own personal subject matter. This is my first in-person retreat since 2015, and I'll also have options for online viewing for those who aren't attending in-person. All skill levels welcome, however some lettering experience will be helpful.
