Leaves offer so many opportunities for design, from the varieties of wonderful colors to their unique forms and shapes. In this class, we will first learn to paint these forms, learning several techniques and using assorted brushes. Exploring the vast color palette will follow, using the warm tones of autumn to inspire our seasonal designs. We will then move on to exploring various uses for our illustrations and pattern design, to singular designs to incorporating into borders and frames through a series of projects.
