Join me on a journey of artistic expression inspired by tropical scenery in Hawaii! In our Bottle Painting Class, we'll unlock your inner artist and transform everyday bottles into captivating works of art. Here's a glimpse of the adventure that awaits:

As we delve into our class on glass, we'll uncover the essential tools and supplies required to turn your glass canvas into a masterpiece. Before we venture onto the bottles, we'll revisit some fundamental painting techniques to ensure you're well-equipped for the project ahead.​

After we are fully prepared, I will guide you through a step-by-step creation of an oceanside observation and dreamy clouds, unveiling the secrets to crafting a picturesque landscape. After your masterpiece is born, we'll teach you how to seal it with finesse, adding that flawless finishing touch while preserving your artwork for posterity.

And for those aspiring to dazzle at live events, I’ll share some tips and tricks for speedy painting techniques. Get ready to paint your way to boundless fun, relaxation, and artistic fulfillment! Whether you're a novice or a seasoned artist seeking a fresh canvas, this Bottle Painting Class is your gateway to fresh inspiration and excitement. Supply List:

-Any large glass bottles found in the home - preferably a wine or champagne bottle
- Brushes - Highly recommend using the FBP Brushes (beginner & advanced set found on bottlepainting.com) as they are made with soft synthetic bristles. (BR24, BR26)
      - If you choose to get your own sizes. Here are the types and measurements. Please note that brushes from variety                brands will not have exact sizes.
+ Stippler 3⁄8”
+ Stippler 3/16”
+ Flat 0.45”
+ Flat 0.51”
+ Round 3/32”
+ Liner 0.8 mm

- Folk Art Multi-surface acrylic paint - Specific colors we will be using for our project. Feel free to buy as many colors as your budget allows.
+ Wicker white

Licorice (black)

Classic green

Patina
+ Medium Blue

Cayman Blue

Ink spot
+ Camel (tan)

- Deco Art Dura Clear Sealer - Gloss varnish
- Cotton buds or separate paint brush (to apply the sealer)
- Rubbing alcohol and cotton pad (to clean bottle surfaces)
- Paper towels
- Brush rinse cup filled with water (S1005)
- Palette or any mixing surface (disposable paper plate works well) (S747, S679)
- Plastic sheet protector or extra glass surfaces (we will be using this for practice)
