Bestiaries are medieval books about beasts, and they couldn’t be more interesting or fun! The typical bestiary would contain illustrations of many animals – some actual, some imagined – with descriptions of their physical appearance and their behavioral traits. But they are far from factual! According to a bestiary, the panther is tame and has sweet-smelling breath, and the chameleon looks like a horse! Join this fun workshop where we will recreate an animal from a bestiary and write out its traits as described in the bestiary.
