About The Weinberg Library at the University of Scranton
Imagine having an entire day to spend exploring the treasures of the Horace Healey Collection, the Zaner-Bloser Collection, the P. W. Costello Collection, and the other collections housed in the Weinberg Library at the University of Scranton. Thanks to the efforts and cooperation of Mr. Michael Knies, Professor, Special Collections Librarian, and University Archivist, and of Mr. Tom Costello, Great-Grandson of P. W. Costello, these collections will be available to a small group of our members. Rich Mungall and several IAMPETH experts will lead this tour of the collections housed in the Weinberg Library. This session will be a ticked-only session available to a very limited number of participants due to the treasures housed within the library.
Collections housed within the library include:
- Horace G. Healey Collection
- Zaner-Bloser Collection
- P. W. Costello Family Art Collection
- George F. Davis Penmanship Collection
- Edwin H. Fearon Penmanship Collection
- Fanny Howe Engrossing Studio Collection
- Medieval Manuscript Collection
