Thorough instruction on calligraphy letterforms including Foundational and Uncial, with Pilot Parallel pen. Moving the pen on the paper becomes a meditation, a stress-relieving resource for equanimity and harmony of body and mind. Practical application and historical context will be presented, along with examples of calligraphy from antiquity to modern times.
