These gorgeous pearlescent colors are handcrafted in Germany and dissolve with water and a brush, just like traditional watercolors. Lightfast, pigment-rich, and can adhere to a variety of surfaces, including paper, wood, cardboard, clay, and stone. Coliro watercolors work great with brushes and dip pens; simply brush the color onto your nib to use it as a calligraphy ink. For best results, squeeze a few drops of water onto the surface of the watercolor and allow it to sit for a few minutes before using. Most colors show up vibrantly on both dark and light papers. Some colors appear differently on different colored surfaces.

This set includes one pan each of the following colors: Sapphire, Amethyst, Opal, Emerald, Pink Diamond, and Golden Topaz, all packaged in a black plastic palette.
